When i first heard about this challenge and products from Yorhealth, I as most people are was skeptical. My friend Brent Burris was persistent about how well they worked and how he had never used anything better. He is my friend but i figured hey he is just trying to sell me something and make a little extra cash. I didn't listen kind of blew it off till about two months ago. I finally as a former athlete got tired of going to the gym and just not getting the results that i was used to getting. I had lost some of drive and ability to push myself at the gym, because honestly i just wasn't seeing the results. So, finally after several months Brent being persistent as he always was in school didn't take anymore of my excuses of putting it off. He knew I wasn't happy where i was at and wanted to get back to where I was at in college. I was so burnt out after i finished that i just kind of quit everything together. I stopped working out, I stopped playing basketball, and I quit eating half way decent. Brent insured me if I did this 8 week challenge he kept talking about that i would get back to that body i wanted. As skeptical I was I was tired of not getting any results. After discussing what my goals were and what my budget was we picked out products for my goal. I chose the complete burn and the MRP both chocolate and vanilla. I was weary about the protein and meal replacement shakes, because I have had shakes in the past that were just awful to drink. Finally my product arrived and it was time to start this challenge. First up was the complete burn I woke up the first morning and took one not only did it give me more energy that day at work, but it also kept me from being hungry. That for me is rare, because I love to it and lots of it. I continued taking the complete burn ever morning and got the same results everyday. I also added one complete burn to days where i would workout in mid-afternoon to intensify and get the full effect of my workout. This made the workouts even better i felt like i was getting more out of them and i was definitely sweating away more calories. I also had the MRP protein shakes, by the way are better tasting than I ever could of imagined. I started off with just taking a shake with water after ever workout. I was getting some results but after a few weeks I started wanting more. Brent suggested that i supplement a meal with a shake as well as taking it after my workout. This couldn't of worked better. I would wake up take a complete burn and eat breakfast, take a shake with me to work for lunch and then eat dinner. This way what my body was taking in was better than what had been before. Not only did i supplement meals but also with better food. I broke my bad eating habits, whether it was eating junk food at work all day or eating fast food for lunch. I love to cook so i started cooking weeks meals at a time, chicken and rice etc. I also begin to by fruit by the cart loads. Making sure I always had something good for me to eat. I also started taking fruit to work to eat as snacks so when i did get bored or hungry it was at least healthy. I continued this process over the 8 weeks and noticed I was getting stronger and being less sore at work. As the 8 weeks progresses I started seeing the results I had been waiting for and lets be honest that's what kept me going. Brent checked in regularly to make sure i was keeping up and to give me a push if i was too tired after work. With the help of his motivation, my hard work, and not to mention the great yorhealth products I was able to reach my goal in 8 weeks. The amazing part was with my work schedule I was able to workout at max three times a week, most weeks less. Being able to accomplish this with these tough workouts in such a short time was amazing to me. I lost 12 pounds which is twice what my goal was and got my toned abdominal s far beyond what I thought i could reach in such a short time. Now I am more motivated than ever and looking forward to the next 8 week challenge. I would recommend and have recommended to a few of my friends that have started their own challenge.
