Hola mi nombre es Ingrid Morán, soy de México DF y estoy muy contenta de haber terminado mi 2do ciclo El reto de 8 semanas, he seguido viendo cambios en mí que me emocionan y motivan mucho. Este ciclo mi meta era bajar 8 kilos/ 17.64 lbs en 8 semanas, mi peso inicial fue de 77 kilos/ 169.76 lbs, pude bajar 4 kilos/8.81lbs, 1 talla y lo sorprendente fue lo logre incluso sin ser disciplinada en la alimentación y actividad física por lo que haber bajado estos 4 kilos fue todo un éxito para mí. En donde no fui indisciplinada fue en tomarme los productos de Yor Health ya que me hacen sentir muy bien y ahora que se la importancia de tomar enzimas, no hay manera de que se me olvide tomarme las.
Gracias Yor Health porque encontré una plataforma increíble para bajar de peso, de una manera sencilla, divertida y lo mejor con amigos. En estos 2 ciclos he bajado en total 12 kilos / 26.46lbs, todavía no llego a mi peso ideal pero ya encontré el camino y la motivación para hacerlo. Sé que pronto llegaré, mientras disfruto el camino, veo los cambios que me hacen sentir muy bien y lo mejor es que la gente a mí alrededor lo nota y me dicen que me veo muy bien

Hi, my name is Ingrid Morán, I´m from Mexico City. I´m really happy to finish my 2nd cycle of 8 week challenge. I am still seeing some changes in myself which motivate me a lot. In this cycle my goal was to lose 8 kilos/ 17.64 lbs in 8 weeks. My initial weight was 77 kilos/ 169.76 lbs I lost 4 kilos/8.81lbs, which represents 1 clothing size. The most amazing thing is that I lost those kilos even though I wasn´t so disciplined with the diet and the workout. Taking the products was the only thing I was very disciplined about because they make me feel really good, and since I know the importance of taking enzymes there is no way that I forgot to take them.
Thanks you Yor Heatlh because I found an incredible platform to lose weight in a simple and fun way and the best is that I do it with friends. In these 2 cycles I´ve lost a total of 12 kilos / 26.46lbs. I´m still not in my ideal weight but I´ve found the way and the motivation to do it. I know soon I´ll get there and in the meantime I enjoy it. Seeing the changes make me feel really good and the best of all is that the people that are around me notice them and tell me that I look good.
