Anteriormente había sido imposible bajar la parte baja de abdomen ya que siempre mi comida se ha centrado en carbohidratos.
Al inicio del reto pesaba 63kg y ahorita peso 59kg.
Al inicio y final del reto no realice ejercicio con constancia y en proceso del reto realizaba 4 veces por semana ejercicio en gym.
No llegue a la meta con el número pero también vi aumento de músculo en mis piernas, abdomen y eso es bueno para mi.
