This has been the first of many YorHealth Best Body challenge I will be participating in. I was introduced to the product range by a close friend and at first I was sceptical. I have always struggled with the fat on my lower abdomen region and all round muscle growth. my friend swore by the product so I decided to give it a go and start the sculpt challenge!

My first impression of the products were "wow I have never tasted anything so good!" In the terms of supplements. I mean; I have never tasted a super greens that hasn't tasted like I was licking a lawn mower until the YorHealth super greens! All of the products mixed almost instantly in any shaker or even stirred with a spoon.

Within 3 days I started to feel very energised. No longer lethargic and had kicked coffee out completely by day 4. This was a big thing for me, working long days I generally would have at least 3cups of coffee and still feel like falling asleep on the way home!
But now my Energy is sustained and does not deplete until the moment I get into bed. I needed less sleep to feel more energised, which makes a more productive day and more intense training session!

After the first week I ditched the almighty pre workout. I just didn't "need" it anymore. I felt I couldn't train as hard if I stopped but what I found was that only after 2 days off it, I obtained even more natural energy because I wasn't stressing my adrenal glands every night anymore. I felt restored! It amazed me how quick this process worked. Using the YorHealth best body app to send me notifications on when i should take each product, really kept me on track and motivated!

Half way through the 8wk challenge I had lost 5kg and had never felt more agile and "tight". I could not believe how quick I could achieve this, realising I had already reached my goal weight! The product range worked straight away to clear my digestive system and help me shed the water and body fat that was weighing me down! Despite this, to my disbelieve I was getting stronger!

Now at the end of the 8wks, thanks to the Yor best body challenge, I am the leanest I have ever been and I feel absolutely great! I lost 8kgs and gained strength and muscle definition. I Have never felt so healthy inside and out and I will be recommending these products to everyone! I cannot wait to get started on my next challenge! Bring it on ??????
