Este es mi primer reto en Yorhealth y la verdad he notado muchísimos resultados en mi cuerpo, empece el reto pesando 70 kg y termine con 74 kg, siempre se me había hecho muy difícil subir peso y masa muscular pero al momento de tomar los productos de Yorhealth se noto la diferencia en unas cuantas semanas.

Los productos que use durante el reto fueron Yor probiotics ultra en ayunas, después desayunaba y me tomaba la malteada MRP, por la tarde en la hora de la comida me tomaba las Yor digest ultra, en la tarde me tomaba el berryblast para tener energía en el gimnasio y al momento de terminar mi rutina me tomaba otra vez la malteada y el repair.

Así si fue como estuve tomando los productos diario, ya que iba 5 veces a la semana al gimnasio, este reto fue un desafío muy padre porque me ayudo mucho a mejorar mi cuerpo y salud, estos productos los seguiré tomando para seguir mejorando mi cuerpo y mantenerme en forma.
