Throughout my entire life, I was always overweight. As far back as I can remember, from the young childhood years of adolescence all the way to the beginning of this year I was never a "normal" weight. I never liked to see myself in a photo or even see myself with my shirt off because I was ashamed of what I looked like.
As of January 24th of 2015, my weight was at its all-time highest of 186 lbs. I believed that this weight was never going to fluctuate from that number very much and I was going to have to live with this body for the rest of my life. Not only did I have the burden of excess body fat, I also had a very low muscle mass which made me feel even worse about myself. One very good contributing factor to how I got this way was the countless hours of being sedentary playing video games. From since I can remember from the age of about 4 or 5 to only a half year ago, I was always on some form of electronic entertainment whether it be on the computer or a gaming console. As a child, teenager, young adult and now an adult I never knew that this past time that I always enjoyed doing was silently turning into an addiction which was one of the main contributing factors to my weight gain.
On January 23rd of 2015, something happened to me that changed my life forever. I had an almost near death experience which gave me the ability to look at myself at a different perspective and realize how I take a lot of things in my life for granted. I decided after this time in my life to not waste away the time I live on this planet and start doing things that really benefit myself and others around me.
I decided to first help myself by losing weight by going on a very strict diet consisting of vegetable omelettes and water. I won't lie, this was the hardest diet I've ever been on and hated it. For breakfast lunch and dinner, I had an omelette and water to drink. In the beginning, I felt like I was torturing myself because even though my appetite was satisfied, I still felt the urge and inability to control myself from eating unhealthy. But I stuck with the plan, and after 3 months straight of this diet I lost a total of 25 pounds! To say the least it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do, but in the end I got the results that I wanted at 161 lbs.
After losing that weight, I noticed that not only did I lose body fat, but I also lost body muscle as well. So, at the end of March I decided to join the gym to try to regain some of the lost muscle that I used to have. After 3 months, of continuously going to the gym faithfully for at least 3 - 4 times per week, I did notice that I had gained some of the muscle that I had had, but I was no where as strong as I was when I was 186 lbs. I found myself always low on energy struggling to keep up with people around me. That's when I met a friend at the gym who introduced me to YOR Health. For the first couple of weeks, I was reluctant to try the products because I thought it was just another of those health scams that people make money off of. But after finally seeing a couple of the health meetings and challenge parties, I realized I had nothing to lose....and only positive changes to gain.
I first started on the products with a lot of skepticism and disbelief. But just after the first week I already started seeing results! In just 7 days I lost 6.2 lbs! To say the least I was shocked and amazed! I had more energy and more stamina than I ever had! As the weeks counted down, so did the pounds! By my fourth week, I lost another 4.1 lbs which brought me to total of 10.3 lbs! And by this time, I was like WOW, I've never lost this much wait before this FAST in my entire life ....and the best part about it is that ITS SO EASY TO DO! By the end of the 6th week, I had lost another 2.6 lbs. And at the end of the final week, I weighed myself and I couldn't believe my eyes because I lost another 3.5 lbs! Which brought me a total of 16.4 pounds in just 8 weeks!
I can honestly say that I can now eat what I want, still lose weight and have more energy than I have ever had in my entire life! I'am also happy to say, with a big grin on my face, that to this date I am at the lowest weight I've ever been at and not only that I am also in the best shape in my life as well. Not only that, I can now also say that I own my own business, making money when and where I want, making new friends along the way, and getting to travel with them to some of the most exotic places on earth!
