I started the 8 week challenge at 193lbs. I was training for an Olympic Distance Triathlon, and my goal was to get some rock hard abs. Exercising was something I did every chance I got. I was impressed on how my energy level stayed up because of the products. Endurance and not so much hard rock abs is what I was going to need to compete in such an event.
