2nd 8week challenge done and dusted!
After completing my first 8week challenge earlier this year I decided to experiment with my nutrition. I tried a dirty bulking diet which lasted 5months to see if I could increase my muscle mass quicker. As the months went by I realised it was just an excuse to eat everything & anything and over a short time I found the only real gains I was making was on my stomach. I had increased my body fat dramatically and I finished at a total weight of 120.7kgs. Realising the flaws in the bulking diets I decided to enter the 8 week challenge for a 2nd time to trim as much body fat as I could.I didn't really have a set diet in mind so I just avoided the junk food and used the YOR Health products. The products I mainly used was the super greens, berry blast, digestive pills and the vitamin tablets. I took them on a daily basis.
My training consisted of weights on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with high intensity cardio on Tuesday and Thursdays finished with a 5km run on a Saturday. 8 weeks later I am at a weight of 115.3kgs which still wasn't my end goal but I am happy to see noticeable changes in my physique. My target weight will be around the 100-105kg mark and I plan on entering another 8week challenge to get those results.
I am a big believer in the YOR Health products as I couldn't have gotten such quick results without it. The challenge and the products have made a massive impact on my life that I took up study as a Personal Trainer part time to increase my IQ with the health & fitness industry. I am not long off from being a fully qualified Personal trainer and I plan on spreading the word of the 8 week challenge to everyone looking for change in their lives.
