I lost 5.2 kg. while i did not get a body scan to see how much fat i lost n muscle i gained over the past 8 weeks. On the inside it feel like a lot more than just 5kgs.
I feel amazing and just getting thru the day is better I'm more energetic and being a tradie my days are pretty physical n draining with the YOR Health products it makes it easier for me to fit a gym session in after a big day on the tools. In conjunction with the repair ultra and berry blast they gave me the much needed recovery and energy to back it up 3 to 4 times a week for the past 8 weeks
Iv had the products for quite some time before my challenge and have taken them here n there but when i joined the challenge i made sure i took all the products at the right times every day as recommended. The difference was crazy. I felt like crazy good if i could look back and give myself some advice it would be to take the products properly even when i wasnt in the challenge.
