When I first wanted to lose weight, I weighed 250. At that time I had started talking to a friend about Yor Health, and by the time I had gotten my products, I had already gotten down to 232, a total loss of 18 lbs. Then I started the 8 week challenge, and by the end had lost another 10 lbs, for a total of 28 lbs and counting! I started the 8 week challenge at school, and in the middle had a small issue adjusting to being back home. But since I've begun working towards my goal again and can't wait to order more products and start my next 8 week challenge! The products I used were in the slim package; the Yor shake, Yor Digest, Yor Probiotics, and the Yor Essential Vitamins. I took each product when requested in the example schedule given with the products. I took 2 Essential Vitamins 3x a day, 1 digest ultra with a meal 2x a day, a probiotics before I went to bed, and I had a serving of the Yor shake with my breakfast, and also had one after completing a workout. At school I tried to exercise after my classes, lifting for about an hour, and doing 30 min of cardio. Since coming home, I lift for a little over an hour, still doing atleast 30 min of cardio, but also running a mile everyday. This challenge, and the yor health products altogether, have had a big impact, because without it I probably wouldn't still be pursuing my weight goal, and I've met some great people through YOR Health that I talk to almost everyday, comparing and helping each other out. Again, I can't wait to order more products and start my next challenge, hopefully reaching my first weight goal this time!
