Here we are again, Challenge 6. Feeling pretty good although the hours at the gym were cut down due to some big business decisions but I am happy to see a pretty decent result not only in appearance but in strength.
I broke 100kgs for 4 sets of 4 for for bench press which I was told was pretty impressive.
I didn't get an exact figure for leg gains but I do know I can't fit any more 20kg weights on the standing calf raise. Need to find some young volunteers to sit on each side next time haha.
Have continued to love using the sculpt set and recovery is quicker than ever! Cannot wait for the Amino Hydrate to be released!
Managed to make it to the gym 5 times a week and continually getting compliments from the gym staff was a huge boost of self confidence.
