Hi my name is Darian,
This challenge is the first challenge I've completed. In my previous challenges i struggled to stay consistent because of my eating habits of going out to eat and not focusing on my goal. In this challenge what has changed for me was I had more products to stay consistent with. I also had my goals written down this time which I carried around with me to remind me that I had to stay committed. Throughout my 8 week challenge I really struggled gaining weight because I didn't know anything about nutrition. My body wasn't absorbing the food I ate and I would every single day being frustrated why I couldn't gain weight. I just thought that by eating more you gain weight. But in reality i learned that you are what you absorb. I educated myself through using the Yorhealth products and I was able to see the difference and how the products can make a difference.
My daily regimen was 2 probiotic and 2 repair in the morning.
Breakfast: 3 scoops of MRP with 2 scoops of fiber and a scoop of peanut butter.
Lunch 1: chicken, brown rice, and spinach with 2 Yor Vitamins and 2 digest ultra.
Meal 2: chicken, brown rice, and spinach with 2 Yor Vitamins and 2 digest ultra.
Meal 3: steak and pasta with 2 digest ultra and 2 Yor vitamins.
Meal 4: chicken and pasta with 2 digest ultra and 2 Yor vitamins.
My last meal of the day which is my 5th meal I have 3 scoops of MRP with 2 scoop of Fiber Plus and a scoop of peanut butter.
Before I sleep I drink Supergreens with fiber and take 1 probiotic.
Throughout my week I workout 5 times a week Mon-Friday. My workout consistent of lifting heavy weights. After my workout I take 2 scoops of Muscle Energy as my post workout meal with 4 repairs.
My goal was to gain mass and have more muscles weighing at 165lbs body weight. Staying committed with my goals I was able to gain 10lbs. I weighed at 160 and now through my 8 weeks of staying consistent I am now at 170lbs. My results shocked me because I thought within 8 weeks I wouldn't be able to surpass my goals. Even though I put on more weight I feel less bloated and my digestion improve. I am able to use the restroom more often with ease. I still have many more goals that I want to accomplish and I know that with the Yorhealth products line I would be able to accomplish those goals.
