Para mi reto de 8 semanas Yor Best Body tomé la malteada Yor Shake como sustituto de mi cena, que además de ser deliciosa, me hacía sentir completamente satisfecho y lo mejor de todo, sin esa sensación de que me faltaba algo que comer. En la comida del medio día, tomaba una Yor Digest junto con el primer bocado, lo que me ayudó con la digestión y una mejor absorción de los nutrientes de mi comida.
