I can not thank YOR Health enough for changing my life.

I am someone that has always had digestive issues. Although I generally eat healthy, I really struggle to digest my food, become bloated and in turn depressed. The pain and discomfort on these occasions is horrible. I use to have to drink prune juice and walk 5kms every morning just to try and go to the bathroom.

I started the challenge at 65kgs, which is the heaviest I have been for a long time.
