Hello to my fellow challenge team mates!!

WOW - what an incredible and life changing 8 weeks this has been!! ????

Before starting the 8 week challenge I had the 'usual suspect health issues' which included;
*lacking energy
*excess weight
*stretch marks
*irregular bowel movements
*hormones out of whack
*bad skin, hair &I nails
*constantly sick (flu & other)

However, week 1 into the challenge all of these issues started to decrease & disappear!! By day 3 my energy levels had increased dramatically which has lead me to live the life I should at 25 rather than sleeping the days & nights away. My bowels were now regular which has been something both myself & my family history has struggled with for decades - all of my tests & doctor reviews came back positive which has put me in the 'all clear' for IBS - I was borderline IBS symptoms for years! My excess weight has started to drop and my excess skin was starting to finally tone which meant those dreadful stretch marks were dimming!!

Being once 101kg - this particular challenge has made an impact on my life like no other! It proves that giving my body what it needs and constantly fueling it with good nutrition assures me that I can have the body I have always dreamed of! The self confidence kick that I never thought I would ever have! That bikini body for summer is now not a wish - it is a dream come true!! ??

During the challenge my product plan dosage included :
6am rise - 2 super slim, 2 multivitamins, 1 probiotic and 1 repair with 250ml water
7am - 1 x berry blast, 1 x scoop of super greens & 1 scoop of fibre
9am - 3x scoops of MRP, 1 banana, ice & 300ml water blended smoothie
12pm - 1 x scoop MRP shake & protein/vege/salad pre packed meal. 1x digest, 2x multivitamins & 2 super slim 1/2hour before lunch
2pm - 1x berry blast 1x scoop greens smoothie
3.30pm - 3x scoops MRP shake
7pm - 1x digest 2 x super slim 2 x multivitamins with protein vege /salad dinner
Before bed - 1 x probiotic & 1 x repair

Exercise regime included
*5km runs starting from 1km in week 1
* renovating our house (haha)
*weight reps
*ab crunches
*mountain climbs
*walking
*sit ups

Whilst I am not a big exerciser it is amazing what a few repetitions can do on an 8 week challenge!!
