Hi Yorhealth

Well this being my second challenge i definitely gave this one a lot more effort than the first !!

I used the superslim a lot in this challenge which i found really helped especially with craving at night ,being apart of the challenge definitely helps as it keeps you on track to remember your goals.
And there is no getting out of that final photo ha ha.

I took all products in the slim pack every single day plus super slim greens and fibre added as well .

I usually just done 1 MRP a day but sometimes 2.

My exercise is the hardest to keep up as i work long hours but as much as i could i walked at least three times a week and usually do a mountain climb or something active on the weekend.(not sit on the lounge)

Overall i was pretty happy with my results i love the challenge and i will be entering my next one ASAP so YEEEWWWW!! thank you yorhealth :);)
