Hi all,
I finally completed my FIRST 8 week challenge today!
Before starting on the YOR Health products, I used to experience quiet a few different things REGULARLY, I used to be extremely caffeine dependent, if I didn't drink that coffee within the first 30 minutes of being awake i would get a migraine which then would last for a couple of days after it as my diet wasn't the best either. I also used to get an extremely upset stomach where food would either want to come up one way or come out the other! No doctor could ever tell me what was going on with my body so I started getting pretty frustrated so had to either miss out on the things I loved to eat or not eat them at all!!!!!
I wanted to achieve in this 8 week challenge getting my body feeling and looking better as the weight would just fall off me!
A lot of people have the problem of weight gain where as I have the problem of weight loss!
I also wanted to tone my muscles and start gaining healthy weight.,
I would start my day off with 1 scoop of greens, Berry blast and fibre to get my body feeling great at the start of the day, not craving caffeine nor having caffeine withdrawals.
This gave me Energy not only at work but going to the gym, during this 8 weeks, I've trained 3 times a week and increased my calorie intake but with each big meal I ate I had 1 digestive tablet and 2 of the multi vitamins!
Followed with NO bloating, NO vomiting and NO diarrhea.
Before bed I would have 1 repair and 1 probiotic which has helped with my muscle repair from work and the gym and made my skin feel the best it's felt in s long time.
I can't explain to you all how much these products have really changed my life and how they are now just in my daily routine!!!
