Mi nombre es Rita García, tengo 42 años, vivo en Hermosillo, Sonora e inicie el reto de 8 semanas con un peso de 96 kg. y ahora estoy pesando 87 kg. algo que estaba afectando mi vida en muchos aspectos, pero lo mas preocupante era mi salud, ya que tengo alta presión, manejaba 140/90 aun con medicamentos y ahora la tengo 100/70 y también soy pre diabética, necesitaba con urgencia un cambio en mi vida. gracias a mi hermana y mi cuñado me compartieron la oportunidad de conocer y poder probar Yor Health.

Inicie consumiendo diariamente los pro bióticos y vitaminas por la mañana, al igual que una caminata de 1 hora, a la hora de la comida consumía las enzimas digestivas y por la noche la malteada era mi cena.
