Eight weeks ago I cried when my partner took my before photos. I was disgusted at how I looked but more so the negative mindset I had of my body.
Firstly the challenge for me wasn't easy! For the first few weeks I was obsessed with weighing myself and I got stressed if their wasn't results on the scales.
Until my partner threw scales in the bin (literally) and told me to,
"Focus on making myself happy! Forget about a stupid device that has a brain of digits!"
So that's what I did. I focused on doing the challenge for myself, not for that stupid number on the scales!
Now today I write this and I am feeling so much happier and confident about myself!
To get to my final weight and fitness I endorsed the YOR meal replacement shakes, YOR vitamins, YOR fibre, YOR berry blast, YOR super greens, YOR digest, YOR probiotics and YOR super slim! I took the products majority of days, some days my memory lapsed.
I was slack and my exercise and training was up and down! As a minimum I made sure I attended one intense training session each week!
I loved the challenge! Each day I that I wanted to give up, I would give a shout out to some of the other people who were doing the challenge, just hoping that I wasn’t the only one having a bad day! Without fail they would pick me straight back and motivate me!
The final day of the challenge I jumped on the scales! I felt great! I felt so much fitter and my clothes were fitting differently!
I looked down and the scales said a number that didn't represent what a transformation I have really had!
Eight weeks ago I could barely run on lap around a local park without stopping!
Now I can run more than one lap without stopping!
There has been a massive transformation! I don't care about the scales! I can see from my photos I look different and also I can feel that my mental health has improved immensely! I feel more confident in myself as a women and my self esteem has improved!
Thank you to everyone who helped me through out my challenge! I loved it, it was a journey that I am so glad I experienced! I learnt so much about myself and how strong I really am!
