Hi my name is Cary and I've just completed the Yor Health 8 week challenge. I lost 6 kg in that time I went from 92kg to 86kg. I used the berry blast, super greens, Yor shake, the digest ultra and the probiotics. My goal is 14 kg but I'm so happy with the 6 kg I lost. I have every intention of getting my 14 kegs offI plan on doing another challenge soon and continue the use of these great products.I recommend this challenge to anyone. I got into a good routine of exercise 3 times a week. My work commitments are stressful at times so I was unable to exercise as much as I hoped but I plan to change this. I do however stretch every day so it's great to be getting some very good flexibility. the shake for breakfast is totally perfect too. I'm Very pleased and I feel my life is forever changed, thank you Yor Health. I'm very pleased that my feet are no longer sore due to the weight loss.
