Hi there, My name is Katrina, this is my second round and I feel amazing!
Eight years ago I suffered depression and had to take antidepressants to get through the toughest of days. I put on 20+ kilograms.
I have a beautiful family that supported me to get fit and well again. It took a number of years to loose some of the kilograms, but it was hard work! I still had a lot to go and as much as I was exercising, I struggled with my eating habits and low energy!
My daughters introduced me to YOR Health four months ago and wow!
I have my Super Slim tablets 30 to 60 minutes before I eat, I have YOR Shakes with YOR Fibre for brekkie (which I love) and have a Digest Ultra with all my other meals! Repair Ultra in the mornings and before bed after sport. I love YOR Supergreens and Berry Blast to start my day and in the afternoon before sports! Also a probiotic before bed.
I walk two mornings a week with a friend, play indoor beach volleyball two nights a week and swim two nights a week.
I feel amazing, my nails have grown stronger, my skin is lovely and clear, healthier eating habits and I have lost 8 kilograms and 12cms around my waist
This is just the beginning, I can't wait to see what the next 8 week challenge brings
