This is my 3rd attempt at an 8 week challenge and now my first succeful run! I've been taking the YOR Health product range for over a year now. Originally I lost 6-7kg! This time I was ready to sculpt, I aimed for a low body fat percentage while building lean muscle.

My favourite products would be the berry blast and greens combo. I have this first thing in the morning.
I then take a digest ultra with my two biggest meals of the day, followed by a probiotic before bed, and a repair ultra upon rising.

I love that this product range works so well with a healthy meal plan and complements my training and diet perfectly.

I'm not a big fan of supplements in general though I couldn't recommend these products more highly. I look great, feel great, and am ready for my next challenge!
