For my products I was taking the whole range, Probiotics Ultra, Digest Ultra, Super Greens, Essential Vitamins, Fibre Plus, Yor Shake, Super Slim, Repair Ultra and Berry Blast. I had them in different times of the day eg berry blast before workouts mrp+fibre+Supergreens after or for breakfast, digest and vitamins with solid food, super slim before meals, before and after waking up repair and morning probiotics.
For exercises the challenge was very challenging as well as upping the ante from the previous challenge. Went to the gym at least 5 days a week mainly taking weight classes and sometimes twice a day and also did Shaun T's Focus T25 Alpha phase the last 5 weeks. During this challenge my heart rate has dropped by 12 beats per min when resting.
Having the products this time I realised my body has gotten stronger and I can push it harder during my workouts. I have managed to do intensive workouts in a day more than I thought I could ever do in my life and waking up the next morning not feeling major soreness everywhere and seeing that I know I have my body covered with everything it needs. Would recommend this to anyone because it is the best.
