Inicie pesando 51 y logre Bajar a 47.8 kg. y en talla, con el siguiente régimen:
Por la mañana 1 probiotico y un repair; de desayuno mi MRP de chocolate y a media mañana el berry blast; mi comida normal con un digest y una hora antes una cápsula de shape; a media tarde una toma de súper greens; finalmente en la cena una malteada.
