I am in total JOY! I accomplished my goal, even more than I believed that I was possible! My Goal was to drop 11 pounds since for the last 3 years I have not been able to drop more than 5 pounds and that was making a big big effort. And I lost 20!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This challenge I decided to take it easy, take the products, eat healthy and exercise 3-5 days a week, I started at 176 ended at 156 pounds took all the products :
Porbiotics and Repair Ultra first thing in the morning, Shake for breakfast, Super greens twice a day mid day, my absolutely loved Digestive Ultra with every meal, Vitamins three times a day.
Plus the Yor Health Products I had my meals at home, if I went out with friends I would order the healthiest choice, so by this I mean just choosing to eat well, I ate very very well, since I listen to my body I know what is not very good to me and what is.
Want to tell everyone out there with hypothyroidism that it is possible to feel good again, with energy, is a matter of will, the will of taking care of yourself, with the help of your Dr and your daily habits.

Wow!!!!! 8 semanas, 9 Kilos! Gracias Yor Health por crear el Reto de 8 semanas!!!! Mi meta era bajar 5 kilos y adquirir hábitos más saludables ya que tenía 3 años intentando bajar más haciendo mucho esfuerzo y no lograba bajar más de 3 kg. Así que comprenderan mi felicidad de comenzar en 80 Kg y terminar en 71!!!!
Éste reto decidí confiar que a través de la nutrición de los productos, comer saludable y algo de ejercicio, lo lograría. Realicé ejercicio 3 veces a la semana solamente y diario me tomé todos los productos:
Probióticos y Repair Ultra por la mañana, Malteada de desayuno, Digest Ultra en cada comida(mi producto favorito) y las vitaminas 3 veces al día.
Además de los productos de Yor Health, prácticamente todas mis comidas las realizaba en casa, si salía comía ensalada con pollo a la parrilla o algún corte, ya que la proteína es muy importante.
Quiero decirles a todas las que tienen hipotiroidismo que es totalmente posible sentirte bien de nuevo, con energía, es cuestión de conocerte, tomarte el tiempo de cuidarte, decidir comprometerte a ello y con ayuda de tu Doctor y tus hábitos saludables.
