This 8 week challenge was my second fitness competition prep. I had slipped back into some bad habits after the last one and wanted to get myself back on track. As well as a healthy eating plan and weight training I also took my products religiously!
I had YOR berry blast pre workout and YOR fibre and supergreens post workout. A probiotic in the morning and 2x repair before bed. Digest tablets with two of my meals per day. I love love love the fibre the most and actually can't live without it!

All my friends and family are interested in doing challenges now after seeing my transformation since I started with YOR Health!
