me senti increible al final de este nuevo reto, seguire hasta que tenga todas las camisas :P
-mi peso al inicio era de 64 kg y termine con 65 kg
-use todos los del paquete fitness + yor essential vitamin y fibra
-siempre los tomaba desde que me levantaba; iniciaba con un gran vaso de agua con probioticos y repair ultra, en desayuno me hacia mi yor shake con fibra y vitaminas, a la hora de la comida tomaba digest ultra y vitaminas, despues antes de ir al gym me preparaba mi yor muscle; regresando merendaba algo con digest, y a la hora de la cena me tomaba un yor supergreens con vitaminas, y antes de acostarme un repair!!
-a diario hago ejercicio excepto el domingo, el domingo descanso :P
