Súper bien!!! y se nos nota!!!
Estoy aquí para contarles mi testimono de como cambió mi estilo de vida. No fue nada facil, las tentaciones estaban presentes todo el tiempo pero gracias a mi grupo de apoyo #estoyenunreto logré no caer y bajar la grandiosa cantidad de 12Kg!!!! Supere mi meta por 2kg!!
Mi día comenzaba con mis probioticos y repair, despues 1litro de agua, mi MRP con hielo, salia a trabajar, mis comidas a base de pescado y digest para llegar a la merienda y ser mi MRP de chocolate!
Acompañe mi rutina de alimentacion con rutina de ejercicio que consistia con salir a caminar y hacer algunas flexiones.
