Al iniciar el reto mi peso era de 50.700 kg. Estar en el reto me motivo para hacer ejercicio y mejorar mi estilo de vida, tenía siete años de no ejercitarme. Aunque sentía que mi peso era el adecuado para mi estatura, no me sentía a gusto con mi cuerpo. Y con Yor Health me anime a cambiar.
