When I was younger I was an athlete. I trained 7 days a week and didn't have to worry about my weight at all. At the age of 21 I had a hip reconstruction. The surgery left me unable to walk properly for the past 5 years. Its been a constant struggle for me. Not being able to go shopping or out with my friends and not be in pain, sometimes not being able to go to work.
I was like a yoyo with my weight after the operation. I calorie cut, I ate all raw, I pretty much did every diet imaginable and I always put the weight back on. At my heaviest I was at 112kgs.
I have been on the products for a year now and couldn't live without them. But after a tragic personal loss at the end of last year and then going through 2 surgeries at the beginning of this year, I felt horrible, worthless, I didn't want to leave the house and wasn't taking my products consistently so I decided it was time to do the 8 week challenge. The last week of this 8 week challenge I have actually been on crutches due to the pain from my hip and yesterday I was told I need a hip replacement BUT I have stuck to a healthy diet and exercised when my hip allowed and with the help of the yor health products I have lost 12.7kgs and 8% body fat. My habits have completely changed, I feel the healthiest I have ever felt in 5 years. But the most important thing is I have found my confidence again, and i know this is only the beginning and I will be entering another challenge very soon.
