Starting weight = 80.5kg
Finishing weight = 75.1kg

My 8 week journey consisted of a daily routine of an early rise at 5.20am, a pre gym mix of Yor Health products consisting of a berry blast and supergreens shake along with a repair tablet to start of my day.
My training consisted of daily group personal training that involved weight training and high intensity cardio. I also participated in 2 sessions a week of 1:1 personal training that focused on my shoulder rehabilitation and cardio.

My meals were frequent and portion controlled ensuring protein was consumed with all meals along with Yor Health digest tablets to keep my body moving.

I can't believe how much more energy and positivity I am feeling in a short 8 weeks space and that's all than to Yor Health and the best body challenge that inspired me and products which gave me the drive and energy to power through!!

I still have a 9 more kilos I would like to lose and then hopefully I can switch over to the sculpt category.

I am looking forward to continuing my best body challenge journey in my second round!!
