This round of the 8 week challenge that I joined have allowed me to experience a completely difference to previous challenge.
My work have kept me busy with long hours so I have not had much time to train at the gym, mostly around 1 - 2 times a week. Yet thanks to YOR Health products that have allowed me to gain my best shape as well as keeping healthy with all the nutrients I need with my busy schedule.
With my lifestyle, I always start my day with YOR Supergreens, YOR Fibre Plus, YOR Vanilla Shake and YOR Essential Vitamins. After the morning shake I will have my liquid meal which includes fruit, nuts and green vegetables.
Generally this will keep me full until lunch time where I will eat clean with salads or sandwich with YOR Digest Ultra, YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR SuperSlim.
In the afternoon, before my workout I will have YOR BerryBlast and after my workout routine, I will have YOR Shake to replenish my muscles.
For dinner, I will eat light with YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins.
At night before I sleep, if I have had alcohol I will have another YOR Supergreen and YOR Fibre Plus with YOR Probiotics and YOR Repair Ultra.
I wake up in the morning with full of energy, I don't need to drink anymore and only drink it if I want to. I am so amazed with the results and I am definitely in my best body shape with most definition in my life.
