Muy buenas tardes, mi nombre es javier Estrada, tengo 21 años de edad y vivo en la ciudad de Campeche. Siempre he sido una persona a la que le encanta practicar deportes pero nunca había encontrado un método que me hiciera ponerme metas y enfocarme en mis objetivos, gracias a que me presentaron el Reto de 8 semanas de YOR HEALTH por fin pude conseguir eso!!!
Me inscribí con mucho ánimo al reto y comencé a ejercitarme 1 hora al día 5 veces por semana, variando mis rutinas para poder trabajar con efectividad. Y por supuesto que al termino del entrenamiento me preparaba una deliciosa malteada de chocolate!!! Perfecta para el momento!!
Y antes de mi almuerzo procuraba que no faltaran mis digest ultra en la mesa, son indispensables mis enzimas!
En definitiva el ambiente que se crea gracias a la competencia sana y a que somos muchas las personas con metas es impresionante! El reto de 8 semanas de YOR HEALTH es algo único y estoy muy alegre de poder competir y mejorar mi salud!
El reto y todas las personas que he conocido en él son increibles!!!
