Well, where to begin. I feel I've had some serious results not only in the appearance but my energy levels as well.
Before I started the products I was always tired after work - being a removalist it always used to take it out of me so at the end of the day I wouldn't make it to the gym and I wasn't eating properly which obviously effected my health and my energy.
When I first started on the products I noticed a difference straight away. I was up ready for work, meal replacement mixed with the berrys, Supergreens and fibre along with probiotics and repair ultra.
