I started YOR health a couple of months ago due to not feeling my self.
I went through a miscarriage in May and couldn't seem to get past it! All I did when I wasn't at work was sit on the couch eating food feeling sorry for my self.
So I put on unwanted weight and felt horrible.
Finally I realised I needed to do something about it as I was so tired all the time, had no energy and all though I wasn't real big i just didn't feel comfortable at all that I'd put on weight and all my clothes were becoming tight!
