Hello!My name is Mayra Vergara. I started the Challenge because I was depresed because my kids were always asking me if I was pregnant so I stop buying clothes for my self all I used was sweat pants and big shirts. during my 8 week YOR Best Body Challenge I discovered that I did not lose as much as I expected I only lost 5 lbs.But I shedded inches the most. My energy sky rocketed and I felt great! Which I really need it since I am a mother of three so am always busy with no time to eat,always on the go and did not have time. Since then I started doing Zumba on a weekly basis a couple of days the week with my kids and friends.My kids became part of my challenge and encourgement to live healthy I started by taking the complete product line but my favorite was the probiotics, because I have always had issue with going #2, I wouldn't go for more then 2 days even 3 at a time and what these products have done from me is getting my body back to normal how it's suppose to be & the Shake is so convienent to have with my busy life.I am so happy now because the challenge help me not only with my weight but with my selfsteem I now go shopping because from buying a size 16 am now size 12 am able to wear clothes that I didn't use in years! Thanks to the YOR Best Body Challenge I feel amazing and I can do things I hven't done in years!
