It's been a pretty intense for the first 4 weeks.
Sticked to the meal plan from Abstacker, just felt the cleanness, the energy and fresh. It's like wow... It is possible...
My goal was to build the 6 packs and toned the body, and have a absolute healthy life style and eating habit!!
I have not missed one products everyday.
Berry blast and super green to start the day.
Amazingly, I actually did go to toilet 2-3 times a day.
Gym was part of my routine( I didn't believe I would join any gym, it was like waste of money, but now I know how much I actually love it )
Digest ultra is one of my favourite products, just thinking about how it works in a cellular level and works instantly. I won't go anywhere eating without one!
Then probiotic ultra, before bed. Just like Dave said it helps to clean the pipe .
But I had to admit that the last 3-4 weeks I wasn't so consistent. I regret, i really taste the bitterness of " either you do it today, or do twice tomorrow" .
To be able to good even better at annual event, and meet my PT- Ben AbStacker in person. I will continue the meal plan and training guide and do what I said !!
