Eight weeks ago I began to feel and see the difference my YOR Health products were making to my body and my life. I decided to join the 8 week challenge to document the changes I was feeling and to motivate me to sculpt my body which I have never attempted before.
Before I began the challenge I weighed 64kg. I am thrilled to have achieved my goal weight of 59kg. Today I can see the amazing muscle definition that has taken place in my body which I am so proud of!
The products that assisted me on my sculpting journey include a combination of all the fantastic YOR Health products. Every morning and evening I have x2 Essential Vitamins and a Digest Ultra with my meals. I have replaced my lunch with the Chocolate YOR shake mixed with Fibre Plus. When I am feeling flat I have the Supergreens and Berry Blast and before bed I take the Probiotics and Repair Ultra.
As well as incorporating the YOR Health products into my diet the 8 week challenge has made me reconsider my diet completely. Before the challenge I wouldn't think twice about snacking on chips, ice cream, biscuits and my weakest down fall... Chocolate! Through research and reading I have learnt a lot about health and nutrition and during the past eight weeks I have been slowly transitioning my snacks to fruits, vegetables and nut mixes (with the occassional chocolate treat).
