I am stoked about this challenge as it was my 6th completed cycle. I have witnessed heaps great results in the challenge around me and the most challenging is to maintain for long period of time. During last two months I have been continuing with YOR routine - morning Super Shake containing - YOR Super greens, Fibre, MRP(preferable Chocolate), rolled oats, banana or other fruit blended all together.
Cooked meals I take YOR Digest Ultra and 1 MultiVitamin.
Lastly before bed I take YOR Probiotics and Repair Ultra.
I love Berry Blast, any time during a day. Especially for workouts, where I combine HIIT, outdoor bars, surfing. Something between 4-6 sessions a week.
A special cocktail combining Super Greens and Berry Blast seems to have very special and specific enhancement in felling intensity. I call it Super(B)last. I am alway more alert and enjoy anything and everything I do. From working, washing dishes, cooking, or sex.
I was injured last two weeks of the challenge so I could not exercise much, even though I enjoy having commitments and keeping on track with everything else.
I can't get any new colour of T-shirt now, but I will enrol into the challenge again with new load of "first timers" and take them on similar amazing journey I have had in last 12 months.
I used to like YOR products, then I fell in love with the whole concept, and now LIVE IT.
