Fin de mi reto 6 y con este un año de alegrías por todo lo que jamás imaginé lograr en tan poco tiempo.
YOR me ha dado esa segunda oportunidad que esperaba me llegara de alguna parte para volver al pasado y no estar pasando con los problemas de salud que en su momento tuve. Se me concedió gracias a YOR y no he estado desaprovechando esa oportunidad así qué ya no sólo quise participar en definir, en este reto cambie mi alimentación me dediqué a ser más fuerte para competir en definir y estoy contento con mi avance. Me propuse llegar a los 73 kg y logre estar en 72 más no reflejaba lo que deseaba así que con buena alimentación regrese a mis 76 en donde me siento mejor y con fuerza, deje un poco el cardio para hacer más volumen con pesas.
Mi día inicia con un jugo de naranja, manzana, avena y supergreens.
