Before the Yor Best Body 8-Week Challenge, I never really watch what I ate. With the type of job I have, I would never have time to sit down for a meal. Lunch was always burgers, burritos or Chinese take-out. I work 10-12hrs per day, so meals were usually 5-6hrs apart. To make up for the intense hunger, I consumed really big meals which resulted in me gaining weight in my mid area.
Starting the 8-Week Challenge, I weighed 145lbs at 5'5. I was able to eliminate fast food from my diet using Yor Shake and Super Slim. I consumed smaller meals because they helped suppressed my hunger. The Yor Super Greens and and Vitamins brightened up my skin. Yor Digest flushed out the undigested food in my system and I don't feel sluggish and heavy anymore.
I was able to lose a significant amount of weight with minimal workout, working out only about twice a week. I made small changes to my diet, eliminating all junk food and fast food. Within the first 2 weeks, I lost 10lbs. I began to feel my pants loosening up and my belts not having enough holes for my shrinking waist.
Ending the 8-Week Challenge, I dropped a total of 15lbs. My waist dropped from a 33 down to a 30. I am healthier and more energize. I'm happy with my results and I'm looking forward to the next challenge, because I know results will be even better.
