Before I started I weighed 179 pounds. Today, I weigh 161 pounds. I lost a total of 18 pounds. For so long I could only imagine myself loosing 18 pounds. Today, I lost it!
I used 1 Repair and 1 Probiotic in the morning upon waking up and again before bedtime. I always take 2 ultra slims 30mins before each meal. For Breakfast and Dinner I'll have the Vanilla Shake along with 2 vitamins, 1 complete burn and 1 digest. For lunch I'll have a lean meal with 2 vitamins, 1 complete burn and 2 digest. I also, snacked on the supergreen mixed with the fiber about 2-3 hours after breakfast. I'd also have a berry blast before my work outs to give me the extra energy.
I started off my first week running 1 mile everyday for 7 days. After that I would run 3 times a week. By my 3rd week I had to add work out videos 20-30 mins 3 times a week. I had to change it up to keep from platto. On my last week I did more abs work outs to target more on my stomach area. Things like planking, leg lifts and leg sissors etc. Over all I used my 10 pound weights to lift and work out on my arms.
This 8 weeks challenge has had so much impact on my life. 1) I look and feel great about my accomplishment. I'm always checking myself in the mirror now, because I like the progress that I see. 2) I'm so proud of myself. I smile to myself in deep thought as I realize, I did it! 3) I have so much confidence. I know I can continue on to loosing more weight and getting to my ultimate goal weight of 130 pounds. That's my high school weight. I was never a super skinny person, so I'm being real with myself. I know now that only myself will stand in the way(of my weight goal); no one else. And I've herd that saying too much in my life time, but it never had any value until now. Until, I put in the sweat and the commitment. In addition to confidence, will not be hiding behind people in photos to hide my weight. Or be the only member missing in photo albums because I'm too ashamed of my weight. I don't even like looking at myself in photos. But now, I'll be in the front on group pictures and I'll be in family photo albums so one day my kids can look back and remember me too. I didn't even realize I was hiding from photo's or in photo's until I did this challenge and I need before pictures to compare with my result pictures. 4) I have more energy. More energy to play with my kids. More energy to just do things for myself. I used to tell my kids to get me things because I didn't want to get up from where I was sitting. Now, I just do it. The thought doesn't even cross my mind anymore. When we go to the park, I'd sit down on the nearest bench and watch my kids play. Now, I run and play with them. We ride bikes together and jog together. They copy me when I work out or stretch because they have P.E. at their elementary school too. My kids lives are my life. When they smile or laugh because I'm running around with them now, it's the biggest pay off. Also, they are learning these healthy life style from me at a young age. They see me looking skinnier and kids give the most honest opinions. My 7 year old has said to me, "mom, you have a fat belly, but you're still beautiful." So, it's a great feeling that they see my accomplishments and learn from it. 5) I am inspirational now. I have inspired people that knows me to want to loose weight. They message me or comment me on my facebook and tell me my results are inspiring them to loose weight. I'm so glad that I'm doing something to better my life and it also positively affects someone else's life. 6) I can overcome obstacles that stand in the way of my weight goal. Even things that just happens in life or life commitments. I'm struggling with sales goals at work, going through a divorce, my father ending up in the hospital due to a pre-minor stroke, time for kids, homework time with kids(3 kids by the way) volunteering and attending church, doctor visits, twix cholocate candy bars, fat juicy burgers(my ultimate weakness), lifting weights, working out, excuses, swallowing pills(literally I can not swallow pills) and trying to build my business in Yor Health. I'm managing everything quite well and still able to lose 18 pounds. We can make excuses or we make it happen. I made it happen. Looking back, I don't ever want to go back to 179 pounds. I really couldn't have done it with out Yor Health. And by that I'm talking about the product and the business system where I have this amazing health coach, Ms. Bright Moon Vang. You can pay a trainer, a nutritionist or a health coach by the hour and they'll only talk to you for the hour. But Ms. Bright Moon Vang has become my dear friend. At any needed time of the day, she will talk to me and support me to succeed. She cares for me. Thank you soo much Bright Moon! Thank you Yor Health!
