Hola mi nombre es Ricardo Morales, al pasar mis 8 semanas del reto me siento muy feliz por los resultados aunque no haya logrado mi meta final, pero fue muy satisfactorio ver los cambios sin hacer tanto esfuerzo.
Al ser estudiante y vivir solo se me complica mucho mantenerme en forma, por eso se me hizo muy interesante el reto y ver los cambios al final es genial.
Básicamente mis primeras cuatro semanas me tomaba en ayunas el YOR Probiotics Ultra y después desayunaba huevos o lo que me diera tiempo de prepararme junto con Digest Ultra y en la tarde igual en la comida.Entre las 5 y 7 me tomaba el berry blast.Finalmente por la noche cenaba el YOR Shake.
Las siguientes semanas lo único que cambie era que ya me tomaba al amanecer berry blast porque empece a salir a correr. Y ya mis ultimas dos semanas desayunaba y cenaba la malteada.
