Logre un cambió radical en mi vida, nunca había podido llegar a este peso, ni con ejercicio, ni dieta. De los 9 kilos que quería bajar, baje 10, de 79 llegue a 69!!!!!, me siento muy feliz, con mucha energía y muy motivado para cumplir nuevos retos.
