Was sceptical when first approached with these products but 8 weeks later I'm feeling better than ever before . The goal was to tone up and not lose any muscle mass in the process , I've smashed those goals! Starting at 81kg I've finished at 77kg and have actually added lean muscle mass .
I would take a probiotic and multivitamins upon rising then greens with a berry blast , get ready for work and drink a shake with fibre added on the drive . (One of the Best tasting shakes I've tried !)

My calories stayed high right throughout and I trained a mix between strength and classic hypertrophy training, adding in 1session of LISS cardio and 2 HIIT sessions towards the end of the 8 weeks.
Energy never wavered and I am in high spirits the moment I get out of bed, which was the clincher on these products for me as I've struggled in the past with energy and getting moody etc between work and training . This challenge is just the start of a sustainable healthy lifestyle !
