before starting the YOR health 8 week challenge i was completely out of shape and unhealthy and one of the most unhealthiest people you would of ever met.

but now thanks to these awesome products, hard work and alot of support from everyone at YOR health i have been able to completely change my life around and have turned into a health nut who loves the gym.

wihout these products i dont think i would have gotten the results i have today, these products are amazing and i suggest everyone should use them if they want to get fit and or healthier.

during the 8 week challenge i would have
1 super green
2 berry blasts
2 meal replacement shakes
1 probiotic ultra
and 2 digestive ultra before 2 of my biggest meals a day everyday.

i exercised 5 times a week in the morning on a weights program and a cardio program.

and thanks to all that i have felt the healthiest and fittest ive ever been and i love it.
