Quiero agradecer primeramente a las personas que me invitaron a este reto de yorbestbody, este es mi segundo reto y la verdad es que los cambios que he logrado en mi cuerpo han sido increíbles, en un lapso de 3 meses casi he llegado a mi peso ideal y quiero contarles como lo hice:

Todas las mañana me tomaba mi supergreens para iniciar el día, tiempo después (2 horas aproximadamente) me tomaba mi MRP de vainilla que es deliciosa, eso era mi desayuno y me sentía muy bien, con energía y satisfecho, a las 2 horas tomaba una colación y después venia la comida donde me tomaba mis enzimas digestivas, para la cena era mi MRP y le agregaba una cucharada de fibra, los cambios los comencé a ver casi de inmediato y supe que el suplemento servía perfectamente.
