Hola,
Cuando Soraya, Maika, Agustin y Raúl lanzaron el primer reto de 90 días, me gusto sentirme capaz de afrontar y superar una meta.
Esta vez me inscribí al reto de 8 semanas para demostrarme que no fue una casualidad y que puedo seguir siendo constante, como debo ser en todos los aspectos de mi vida y esa es una lección para mi misma, ya que del primer reto a este, me indiscipliné ya que fui inconstante con el uso de los productos y mi alimentación.
Me gusta que Yor health sabe rico y es fácil adaptarlos a la vida cotidiana.
El reto nos ayuda a enfocarnos en estar sanos.
