My name is Michelle Fontes and I started at the weight of 128lbs and now weigh 130lbs. My goal was to loose weight, but this 8 week challenge was filled with challenges. I never realized how much challenges can truly effect your goals until now. I'm still very proud of myself for taking all of the following products everyday; YOR digest with each meal, 1 probiotic every morning, 1 scoop of fiber, 1-2 scoops of supergreens, 3 Vitamins, and 1 Vanilla MRP.

I didn't get the chance to exercise much, went a few weeks with no exercising and some weeks with exercising 4-5 times a week. This challenge has thought me to never give up on my goals and push myself to keep trying no matter what. I got really sick from a virus and its taking some time to go away, but with determination and faith I know I will succeed in my next challenge.
