Inicie este Reto pesando 85 kilogramos, mi meta era bajar a 79-80 kg, actualmente peso ya 79kg, baje mucho en tallas, de ser 34 baje a 31 en pantalon, camisa-playeras de ser talla L ahora soy talla M, tengo mi combo de productos que es en la mañana fibra+MRP+SuperGreens+EssentialVitamins, ya en cada comida consumo Digest Ultra, el apetito me bajo considerablemente, me siento con mas energia, mas relajado, duermo mejor, he sentido mejoria en mi piel ya no es tan seca, igual el cabello, es un cambio total, la gente me pregunta si hice dieta y la verdad no hice ninguna dieta, al sentirme satisfecho con los productos comia menos, no porque no quisiera si no que me sentia satisfecho con menos comida.
